Face Off

…………. not sure who won - I think maybe it was the hoverfly, because I got bored and continued my walk ;-))
I tried to get out as early as I could before it got too hot but even at 9.30 am it was well over 20 degrees and rising fast - too hot for me, so I didn’t stay out long.
I then had to drive 10 miles into town to return the carpet samples books - thank goodness for air conditioning ;-))
After that, I still had lots to do but thankfully I could do it inside the house with all the curtains closed on the sunny side ;-)
I’ve had enough of the heat already but it looks like there’s lots more to come :-((
