Sunny Susy

At Dobbies today I noticed that the range of black-eyed Susans they were selling were called Sunny Susy in various colours. I liked the pink. It seemed so appropriate as this Susan has been feeling very good and "sunny" in temperament this week. 

My Talking Therapies scale of 1 - 10 for how I feel has been in the 9 to 10 region for a number of days now. I'm not so tired, not so achy and getting better sleep and am getting my appetite back.  I started taking a Magnesium supplement several weeks ago and I'm sure it's helping.

As for my friendly blackbird, I gave him some dried mealworms before I went out. I came home to find him on the patio table, helping himself from the dish I'd accidentally left out. Then I realised he had his youngster down on the patio and was feeding it, so i topped the bowl up and sat at the table watching it just a couple of feet from me.
