Another dismal day
Once I got home I got to work making dolmades (stuffed grape leaves with rice and ground beef). I have been collecting the leaves from my vine till I had enough. You have to blanche the leaves first, mix the filling and then roll the leaves up one by one. It takes time, I wouldn’t bother if I didn’t like them so much.
Bonus, my husband loves them too..serve with yogurt.
