Cottonwood

Releasing its seeds it's like it's snowing at the moment with the white cottonwood fluff magical flowing in the wind. Lovely in the late evening light. I took the protection off the brassicas who had outgrown it. They also got a weed and a sewed some more root seeds I can't seem to get them to germinate well. I'm wondering if I'm too early when I first sew them. Or too late or who knows. Still learning vegetable gardening here the climate is far different from west coast Scotland!
