Favourite day

The second Saturday in June is my favourite day of the whole year - it's Man v. Horse day. 22 miles over the Welsh hills (or 7 if you opt for the relay version). And tonight was my running club's local 5k - a gentle leg-stretcher after Saturday's hills and mud.
