Raw

I felt like I was energised by my run, and smiling in the sunshine.  Turns out all I could manage was a sweaty and exhausted grimace.

I nearly didn't post this as it's not that nice a picture to look at, nor is it flattering of me, but then I felt guilty that I was editing out the real stuff, the photo I took at a moment that mattered to me, in favour of some more curated view of myself.

So here it is.  Tired, sweaty, grimacing, but under the surface feeling good in the sunshine!
