Train hard, pass easy

Today was the first mentoring day I've delivered to this group, they're all* progressing to the next walking qualification and it's a big step up.
A lot of folks would have quit on seeing the forecast. Most wouldn't have continued after the wind and sideways rain hit them. Those are the folks that don't pass assessment. 

Today was grim. Except it wasn't, the weather was a tiny insignificant part of the whole. We laughed, we shared and learned. 
We were also immensely grateful the pub had the fire lit afterwards. 

*except for R who is joining the mentoring team and was out with me to observe.
