5am Postbox topper

5am 2 miler before work.
Sets me up for the day.. not far but just enough time to then shower.
After work Off to Hygienist and early so sat by the sea.. Wonderful
Arrived at work to a lovely message! nice..
A very warm day 25 deg
There sounds like a hose pipe ban  coming..
