At Queens tennis..again

An early Pilates class, then a blood test on the way to the station where I met a friend and we went to Barons Court and to the Queens Tennis club for Day 2 of the men’s tournament. It was much busier than when I went last Thursday to the women’s event.

We watched a couple of matches on No1 court of players that were new to me but very good matches.  We were also able to see the big screen showing the match in progress on the main Andy Murray arena. One of those who won today was the British player Jack Draper and also Carlos Alcaraz won too.
This photo is of one of the players highlighted in the HSBC section of one of the refreshment areas as they are one of the main sponsors this year…last year it was Cinch. Hoping Jack Draper and Dan Evans will do well in the next round.

Very hot all day 26/27C but luckily the restaurant areas did have aircon. Glad to be home and cool off and continue watching some of the tennis!
