St Martin's, Great Bay, Great Day
After a pretty good night's sleep we had a leisurely breakfast and then set off for the day. First stop the bakery to collect a pasty I'd ordered for tonight's meal.
We then walked from Highertown, through Middletown, and down to - yes you've guessed it, Lowertown. Here we went into the little silversmith's. Clive bought me a necklace there a few years ago. The girls were making such a fuss of Ziggy that he didn't want to leave. I may return to buy a bracelet later in the week. Lunch was a delicious feta salad at the Seven Stones.
Off again and we made a slight detour and took a longer route (ok, I was a bit lost amongst the gorse) eventually reaching Little Bay and then Great Bay where I took this photo.
Ziggy had another snoozle on the sand (where I took the panoramic shot in the extra) then we meandered our way back to Highertown and then to our accommodation.
I think we'll do a bit less tomorrow as today was pretty warm and I was a bit worried about Ziggy in the heat.
