Red hot....

It's not only the weather that is red hot - although to be fair this 'red hot poker' is more orange!!  Nice to see them finally flowering in our garden as I've struggled in the past with these plants!

A spot of food shopping first thing this morning and some more sorbet purchased to have in the freezer, for emergency cooling with the increasing temperatures!  Been finding some jobs to do in the shady  spots of the garden, not easy in a south facing garden!
