Hiding

I woke up after a pants night sleep thinking today I would hide away and do bugger all......

The best laid plans and all that! It is just not in my nature to sit on my ass, so after I had done an hour or so of work we went and did an unannounced visit for breakfast at the Frankies in Walsall . It was excellent, and i got in and out without being spotted - even better, as it is a rarity!

We then went round the shops and bought a few bits and pieces including a birthday present for Simon's brother - his birthday is Friday and at the mo we are hoping he will be out of hospital which would be good.

Home to put the finishing touches to the nursery but found we were missing a curtain pole bracket so they arent up yet. Pictures on the wall, bouncer put together and shelves up - it looks fab. I just need to wash all the baby clothes which is planned for maternity leave.

I'm in London tomorrow - not relishing it - but as it is my final week it makes it kind of bearable! 5 days and counting :)
