Swan family.

This new family was on view as we started our walk this morning. They were a wee bit away from the canal so they had a bit of a walk to return to the water.

A bit mizzly, drizzly this morning but the afternoon was better. Managed to get back into the garden and hope to get the grass cut tomorrow.

Spoke to our 87 year old neighbour. She is marvellous and is fairly independent. She enjoys a wee chat .

Roadworks yet again everywhere! At least outside our house has been a lot quieter today. The number of people who see the road closed sign but continue on , is unbelievable! Then , of course , they need to turn around. Two police vehicles were also guilty!!

Forecast quite good for the rest of the week!
