Strawberries and small tortoishell

I was working in the garden this morning, clearing weeds and planting the rhubarb and some raspberry plants that I got from the plant share stall.

It was lovely to see the small tortoishell butterfly on the atrantia so it provided a blip together with some of the strawberries growing amongst the flowers.

This afternoon I picked I up from school and we went to the playground before walking home.
