A Middle Eastern…….

…….bread called Pide. R made this having seen a recipe in a book on Mezze! It looks delicious. I’m making Pepperonata, having finally found the recipe which I see is dated 1994!! Just thought it’d be nice to have during the warm weather. Have also made some salmon pate.
