Some flowers I was given by a student I supervised last week - still going strong.

A successful trip to the heart specialist today - the mitral valve is holding strong 6 years down the track and the extra beats I am experiencing are not significant enough to cause an issue at this stage. Next check up in 18 months with instructions to build up my fitness (of course!)
