Seven Sisters

Today was our day for walking the Seven Sisters, from the Cuckmere estuary to Eastbourne. R and I took along Min, as we are all doing a part of the Camino in October.
It was around 8.6 miles, 1600 feet of ascent (and descent) and quite windy, though luckily the wind was mostly behind us.
We caught the bus from Eastbourne to the start and walked back, stopping at Birling Gap for some lunch. A great walk( though popular).
