Guardian of our lake

This sculpture may be called “View over the Interior” by Paul Dibble, but I think of her as the guardian of our lake.
On the right hand side of this photo, you can see the mountains “chopped off” by an inversion layer of cloud that has hung around all day. It makes it very cold.
On the left of the photo, you can see people at the “Wānaka  Tree” - it looks very bleak on a day like today!
