The next possible problem in the garden

this little beetle looks very much like the yew beetle. i found it on a bitten leaf on the mini fruit tree in the garden. to be sure i put it in a pot and looked it up online. And guess what? it is indeed looking like the vine weevil, or the yew beetle. not sure how to handle this, so tomorrow I will go for some advise. if it really is the yew beetle it could kill many plants.
