Busy beach (Day 3692)

The morning wander with Sigyn required full waterproofs. I know we really do need some rain, but we don't need it all at once. A bit later, in very heavy rain, my beautiful wife and I headed to town and got the weekly shop done. Back home there were chores to do before time on the couch with Sigyn.
After lunch, and as the weather cleared, we got out for a wander at Lyde where it was windy but dry. It looked like the weather would stay dry and after settling Sigyn at home, HV and I got organised to head to the horses. On the way we dropped in to see a friend who lost her partner a few weeks ago. As we blethered thick drizzle blew in and dashed out hopes for a ride on the horses.
The horse chores were done mainly in drizzle and I spotted a lonely figure on the beach. Perhaps it will dry up overnight.
