Kereru on a drab afternoon

Young L asked that we have brunch today. At ours. Perhaps a little cheeky; we didn't mind and S made a couple of new dishes, and we all enjoyed the company and the food.

Mid afternoon, the showers appeared to have stopped. Changed into jogging gear, and headed off. Not long after I turned into Rimutaka Place I saw the Kereru high on a wire. Not the best photo I've taken of a Kereru, but good enough to  be today's blip.
