Lovely evening with a handful of guests, good food and a lot of experimentation in the shack. Give people choice (of alcohol) and they will satisfy their curiousity 

Actually the nightcap was with the Dizzle who rolled in from work at 10.45 pm and sat up with us until well after 1am.
