American Robin

What we have here is a fledgling American robin, and one of its parents - Dad, I'd say. It was attempting to procure food for itself, poking about for worms, while at the same time following Dad around. Dad was also eating.

I'm happy to learn that the couple of robins I'd been seeing earlier in the spring apparently nested here and successfully produced at least one offspring.
