Stinking iris avenue

An early morning visit to the plot. I tied in the heavily fruiting blackcurrants. Always something to do on the plot. My happy place.
I met Jan for a coffee & catch up. We sat in glorious sunshine at Cafe 360.
Back to Mum's to make her lunch.
Next gardening at BT. Oh dear! George is in the doghouse... He asked me to buy him another parasol, which I duly did, BUT he had'nt told Jean & it's left her short of cash to pay the chiropodist on Monday... "It's not a problem". They are so entertaining.. I donned my topiary hat today. Box clipping.. :-)
Fish & chip supper at The Phoenix. I preferred the skate dish last week.
