I went for a local walk straight after breakfast covering 4.9 miles. I'd come off my Ramblers walk of 10.5 miles, thinking it might be a bit too far and it also had a lot of ascent and descent, but it did visit Revidge, a Peak District Ethel. So after lunch I ended up wanting to tick off Revidge - yes I do ticklists too - and decided to drive to Warslow for that purpose.

I parked by The Greyhound and found the paths leading me to Revidge's summit, having to shelter under trees on the way up from a torrential downpour. It occurred to me that my Ramblers might not be too far away, so kept my eyes open on the way down... and yes, there they were, on the way up to the summit! I walked with them, touched the trigpoint yet again and carried on with them for a few miles to the finish, 3.76 miles. It was very nice to see them all and I hope it's not long before I'm back to walking regularly with them.
