Goldfinch

I suspected that a pair of Gold Finches had nested nearby as they visited frequently in the spring. Now that the Teasels are doing their job, their fledglings are visiting frequently too. After rain, there's water to drink and plenty of black and greenflies on the stalks. It's like having a Greggs on the corner of the road. Now that I know, I can be better prepared next time and have a better lens and settings on the camera.
