…..another fun session at Gala Academy EPU. It’s tricycling with lots of giggles and to top it all, young McKenzie finally overcame his fear of the tri-shaw, jumped on and demanded three circuits of the route.

Later I headed over to Peebles to meet the old rugby chaps and we complained about sore hips, knees and backs whilst enjoying excellent [scran] at the newish Argentinian restaurant.
