A Winters Tale . . . Queen
Lovely to have sunshine today. I stood on the deck and looked down on the waxeyes attracted to the fruit in this pottery dish placed on a garden sculpture. I liked how it was secluded by being in the shrubs.
In the afternoon we visited the sister in law so the forester could lift two arm chairs into the back of her SUV. She has sold them on MarketPlace and was going to deliver them to their new owners. The forester then used her little chainsaw on a pole to cut down a couple of shrubs that have got too tall. There will now be more light in that corner of the garden. There were half a dozen fantails flitting around her garden. Next time I shall take my camera. When putting the saw away we identified a side of the garage that needs clearing out. She has done very well clearing/selling/giving away the accumulated 'stuff' her husband had and needed or potentially could be useful in running their property.
