Smith Point County Park

Today we ventured to a south shore beach, actually on Fire Island (you cross a bridge to get to it). This beach is sandy and the waves at times can be big. We had an ocean breeze the whole time. The best part of the day was we actually saw dolphins swimming near the coastline. There was about 3 of them, unfortunately it was difficult to photograph them. It was amazing though to see them bopping in and out of the water.
