Ladybird Lavae

……… and if you look closely it appears to have a tiny critter on it’s back ( between the second and third set of legs. I looks to me like it could possibly be a teeny little ant - I’m not sure if that spells doom for the ladybird or not.

I’m visiting my daughter tomorrow ( hopefully for a barbecue - weather permitting ), to celebrate her partner’s birthday - I’m looking forward to it and I don’t even care if it rains ;-)
