Last day in Amsterdam

Last day in Amsterdam. A chance to eat chips and to relax near a canal with a half of Heineken. We spotted the 2 clock spires on the station, and noticed one was, in fact, a wind vein. 

Then a walk in the park, spotting a stork nest, occupied by an adult tending to 2 chicks! We went in search of a windmill, shown on the map. However, on asking a rather smart local directions, she paused, smiled, and explained that, 'this is an area where wealthy people live, not folk who live in windmills '. It was, indeed a very up-market part of town. So, on the way home and plans afoot for our next Double Dutch adventure ... exciting!
