Somewhat of a groundhog day because we are back in the same hotel conference room as last week for another workshop. Without going into the gory details, a senior colleague was recently fired after an internal investigation, and now we all have to undergo leadership training.

The trainer asked us all to complete a personality assessment so we better understand our work style and characteristics. The test confirmed I am a firm D for Drive, meaning I am action-oriented, straightforward and ‘strong-willed’. I don’t do well with faffing about and inefficiency. Having very low patience is my most unsavoury personality trait both inside and outside of work. This can be an area for ‘personal and professional learning’.
