Friday the 13th!

Friday the 13th never bothered me - I managed my first swimming strokes unaided on such a day.
Terry slept well last night and has managed to potter about a bit; more as the day wore on. He received an appointment via the phone for a CT scan on the 20th, an appointment at The Royal Liverpool Hospital in July and a lady from the anticoagulant team telephoned him about his blood thinning jabs, asking him lots of questions, saying they will be following him up and that she is contacting his GP to make sure she prescribes more jabs in time so he does not run out.
I did the shopping at Tesco which was not a lot but Baileys was on offer at £13.50 a litre and 2 bottles slipped into my shopping trolley.
I got Terry some orange blossom honey - I really rate honey - it's a superfood and I think it might help him recover. Also got him some complan as he only has one more protein shake after today and I got him some bananas as they are recommended for recuperation from acute pancreatitis.
It's so good to have him home!
