Completed (ostensibly)

The big building, and the stone plaza on top, are now said to be ”completed”, and Stockholm’s people are said to ”enjoy life” around it. I don’t know about that. Place looks like a giant concrete wall with panopticon windows; as if a prison had an unexpected child with a military fortress.

On the other hand, it’s not worse than predecessor. Nobody misses that dark maze of strange tunnels that smelled like pee.
