Mauritius Olive White-eye - 64
We went on a bird watching tour in the Ebony Forest Reserve which is a short distance from our hotel. It was a tougher walk than we expected but we saw three of the ten endemic birds to add to the Mauritius Grey White-eye which I blipped as an extra a couple of days ago.
The main is a very rare but fabulous Mauritius Olive White-eye although my photo doesn’t show the olive back and rear. I’ve also included the Mauritius Paradise Flycatcher (bird 65) and the Mauritius Bulbul (bird 66) as well as a panorama of the view from the top which was worth the walk
