The rest of our party are flying down today, currently delayed. We will be driving to pick them up shortly.
Apart from doing this banner,a shared operation that did not take much time, we have done virtually nothing but real our kindles.
We have eaten lunch that was Mozzarella  cheese with slices of big fat ugly tomato's covered in olive oil and herbs , backed up with Italian sliced meals and olives. All on the veranda in the shade, it's a bit warm.
On the subject of food my breakfast was pure nostalgia. When the kids were younger, last century, we used to holiday in the south of France occasionally. Then for breakfast I used to take about five inches of baguette, hollow it out, put butter salt and pepper in, followed by one of two soft boiled eggs. Once constructed the open end was held and the bread gently squeezed. Back then it was delicious, now it is very messy, but still good .
