Grey ...

... and murky and heavy. Urghh. 

I had to do the weekly shop today as Himself is severely incapacitated  with a very painful back. Arnica, hot water bottles and ibroprofen are being administered but really everything is uncomfortable - sitting, standing, lying down. The result perhaps of some enthusiastic strimming, mowing and tree cutting down. Hopefully it will have eased a bit tomorrow.

I did go in to see The Salt Path this evening with Finola - a belated birthday treat, but forewent the pizza and post-film discussion. We both really enjoyed it and hopefully Himself might see it next week.
