One life to live

The Most Beaten Woman in Finland

I met my upper secondary school classmates Tiiu and Elina in the cafe Pyymäen Oma in the afternoon. It was maybe 14 years ago, when we met Tiiu previous time. Lovely gathering.

Then we had family get-together in the Sara Hildén Art Museum's  sculpture park. Juha Hurme's Oklahoma Outdoor Theatre presented The Most Beaten Woman in Finland. It was a lecture type performance about the wonderful life and remarkable achievements of the writer Anni Polva, who spent her childhood and youth in Tampere. Interesting and enterteining, as always. From Särkänniemi we went to Pispalan Pulteri where we had a meal together.
