Exhausting day!

I got out AM to get my car fuelled for Friday and to check the tyre pressure.

Back home prepping for the MAT session with Michelle.

I had a weird email from one of my clients which was a bit disturbing.
And the text I received in the afternoon did not help.

I was shattered after the session and it was too late to get out somewhere - so I got myself a coffee and sat in the garden.

It was sunny and lovely and Helena stopped by for a chat.
Which was good.

Wasn't otherwise very productive and that's ok .....
