Pearls of wisdom

My friend Helen visited from Nottingham today. She has two little girls herself so fancied a break (if an afternoon with Audrey is a break - eek!)

It has been lovely catching up and putting the world to rights about motherhood. Gleaned lots of pearls of wisdom from her knowledge of bringing up girls too.

We stayed in with wine and watched the movie I Give It a Year tonight which I actually loved. Wasn't expecting to.

A lovely night and as two tired out Mums there was no shame in admitting we both wanted an early night!
