Little meatballs - in preparation for my soup cooking for church tomorrow. They will be frozen as soon as they have cooled off.
It will be Italian wedding soup tomorrow- I just wanted to try something new. But the preparation of so many little meatballs is not possible in the small kitchen of the church. Even here at home I definitely reached the end of my strength. Darn it, 40years ago, I did this often as a preparation for parties in my house.
those times are over.
