Met eco gran at alzheimer scotland for a workshop on what to expect at the memory clinic. Really worthwhile session and learnt lots.

Walked eco gran home along the canal. Amazing the roach shoal were I caught my first one when young at the same spot at Polwarth church.

Bus hone, gardening with eco mum.

Coaching u9s, water night. Football skills with ducking head into buckets of water. They love it and the laughter and giggles when sprinklers put on was lovely.

Allotment visitvto water greenhouse and pick strawberries.
