good things often come together …this afternoon the male Orthopedic Choir paid us a visit…. they sang amazing harmony….and had a lovely  repertoire…..

i woke up with a very sore and blue ankle but am not aware of having sprained it…. although my leg and ankle and hip has been quite painful…so painkillers, icing and elevating till next week…if no improvements i’ll ask the gp….
