Tiny Tuesday ...

... Honey bee ... getting right in there!

The day started with rain but by the time we were ready to go out for our walk (after lunch) it was nice and sunny ... and getting quite warm.   I was glad to be wearing shorts. 

After our walk at Louise Moore County park I grabbed the macro and headed out to our back garden.  We have lots of milkweed flowering out and with that ... lots of insects.  Like this honey bee.  Sadly, we have only seen one Monarch butterfly so far and that was a male.  So there won't be any Monarch eggs on the milkweed just yet.  Although that doesn't stop me from looking for some!
