A spontaneous walk and freddo in the sunshine with Kerri this afternoon instead of Tuesday Tea.  I'm enjoying my Fitbit recording it as increased 'cardio load' which is the latest metric with which I've become fascinated.

I hope there was not a cardio problem with the woman in the background of the photo (thank you Kerri)!  I did spend a bit of time fiddling about replacing her with AI but I thought the real photo was funnier.
