Side Saddle Demonstration

I was the official photographer today for an attempt on the Guiness World Record for mounting and dismounting a horse side-saddle in one minute.  The images are still to be prepared for submission to the organisation, so I have posted and image of a lovely lady called Morgan and her horse Duke, who provided a demonstration of side saddle equestrianism as part of the event.

If you look closely you will realise that she is balancing with no leg on the one side of the horse, as she jumps an almost 3 foot fence. She did this several times with great confidence and I could only marvel at her skill.

Later the other lady made the attempt on the world record, completing 8 mounts and dismounts in one minute.
