Llangollen Garden Railway Show, set-up day.

After picking up the hire van and getting used to a larger vehicle again (after downsizing from the people-mover about this time last year) we loaded and set off, mainly cross country, to north Wales.

Then there's a great jigsaw puzzle to assemble.  We all knew the picture but everyone had made their jigsaw piece independently, and remarkably it fitted pretty well together.  Mine's split either side of the corner section at the top left as you're viewing it.

A friendly and helpful bunch of people whom I'd only 'met' online bar a couple of exceptions - one of whom was a past B&B guest!

The first trains went round to test things, and we retired to our respective accommodations and gathered again a little later at a local hostelry for a meal.
