TV Dinner

A bit of an emergency blip: Sicilian lamb, with aubergine and cherry tomato couscous and griddled asparagus, involving a lot of lemon and chilli. Hadn't cooked this before but it was very tasty, even if my presentation skills wouldn't cut the mustard on Masterchef!

The day was spent swimming, shopping and listening to Yeovil's 2 -0 defeat to Burnley on the radio. Like last week, we matched them for most of the game but didn't take our chances and conceded a couple of soft goals; hopefully we'll learn to be more ruthless in front of goal as we acclimatise to a tougher league.
