Waiting for a treat

A really cold rainy day today, so tonight I lit the fire. The dogs have their bed in the best place near the warmth, and were happy to get a treat too. 
It's been the coldest day in our winter today, with heavy rain at intervals. The bad news is that there are more leaks coming from the "repaired" leaks on the deck. I have told the people involved and as soon as the rain stops they have to get to work again.
It's been a good day for sorting. Hubby sorted out more art materials and has a huge container of pastels to be given away, and enough left over for him to work with. I have sorted more books, linen and kitchen utensils. So a good indoor day.
The unit at the Summer Dunes retirement complex is officially ours  as from today so we need that buyer to buy our houses!!
