Hot & Humid

Today the temperature got up to 90°F with a heat index of 105°F. No wonder MiniMe is flaked out on the porch where she can get some of the breeze from the box fan.

Got word this morning that my brother-in-law was in a car accident and being taken to the hospital. It was evening before we finally got word that other than a head laceration, he was fine but still no word on whether he would be released or kept overnight.

When Kent got home from work, he did a bit of grass cutting. Unfortunately while doing so he found a ground nest of yellow jackets and got stung about 10 times. Not fun.
